Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

ORDERING AND PROCESSING TIME

Online orders are normally processed within 2 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS (Processing time is SEPARATE from the shipping option that you choose.)

We offer exchanges or store credit - NO REFUNDS. Unworn clothes that don't fit may be returned within 14 days for a different size or store credit only. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse orders

REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To get an Exchange Authorization, please send an email to info@grandburo.com or, telephone us at 401 272 3455. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. In this case, we will not pay for the item to be shipped back to you. Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.

Payment Details

Payments are processed at the time of ordering.
